Ms. Di Lascio is Of Counsel to the firm.  Her practice concentrates on estate administration, estate planning, and elder and special needs law.  Ms. Di Lascio handles complex estate administrations, and prepares estate, income, and gift tax returns.

While in law school, Ms. Di Lascio was an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and worked in the Housing and Homelessness Clinic.  Following law school, Ms. Di Lascio was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Jose L. Fuentes, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.  She was selected as a Rising Star by New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine in 2009 and 2012 – 2019 in the field of Estate Planning and Probate.
